Delivery and Pick Up

Do you do delivery on Weekends/Public Holidays?

Unfortunately your order is not able to be delivered as we're closed on Weekends and Public Holidasy. If your order is placed on Weekend or on a Public Holiday it will not be processed until the next businesss day.

Can I place an order and pick up at JFC Melbourne on the same day instead of online?

Unfortunatelly we only accept a pick up order online. This is to ensure your order is processed carefully. Please place your order online and pick up your order once it's confirmed.

When can I pick up my order?

Your order will be ready for a pick up once you receive the order confirmation email. Please pick up your order within 2 weeks otherwise it will be automatically canncelled and administration fee of $15 will be charged. For more information, please click here.

Do you deliver to my area?

JFC Home Delivery Service is currently only available in Victoria. Please check the areas we deliver here.

I received the item that I didn't order! / I didn't receive the item I ordered!

We're so SORRY! Please make a claim here, we will deliver/exchange with no delivery fee and refund for the item.

I want to add items to my order.

We can add items to your original order as long as it's before the order cut off time for your area.
Please place an order online and choose "Pick Up from JFC Melbourne" to avoid double charging delivery fee. Please put your original order number in the note.
